Here is question that you can relate.
How can I be as confident talking to people outside my house as I am inside?
Sometimes you may feel frustrated, wondering why you can’t talk to other people like you talk with your mother, father, and siblings. Why can’t you be as confident talking to people outside your house as you are inside? If you feel this way, this article is for you.
Why do you feel this way?
Let me ask you a question: what is there in your house that is not outside?
The answer is very clear. In your house, there are people whom you know, people who know you. There are people who, if you make a mistake, will forgive you. There are people who you know are your family. There are people who you know are not judging you, people who, even if they fight with you, will make up again tomorrow.
But these things are not outside. The way you talk in the house is not possible outside because you are afraid of the people outside. You feel that if you make a mistake, they will not forgive you. You feel that they will laugh at you or they will never accept you. Rather, they will spread rumors about you and tell others that you are useless. “He does all this, he cannot speak properly. He makes mistakes, he does this and that.”
You will have to face this fear, buddy. Because if you are afraid of speaking in front of the world, then that is the truth. But how to defeat this fear? How to stand in front of this fear? How to defeat this fear can only be done through one thing: you will have to go out and talk.
It doesn’t mean that when you speak to someone outside, it will be perfect. No! Even then, you will make mistakes even after you practice. But the more mistakes you make, you will learn from them, and by doing the same thing again, you will improve.
